Applicable to weather surveillance radars. Signal processing is decoupled from control and timing of the radar and it is very versatile and fast. This allows novel schemes of processing which increase speed of observations, R/V mitigation, and great improvement of data quality. Doppler spectra for signatures, data quality, tornado detection.
