Quantitative Precipitation Estimation and Segregation Using Multiple Sensors (QPE SUMS), 1999–present, Project Manager, Initially sponsored by the Salt River Project, the developed algorithm has now been deployed in many areas in the US, Hungary, Thailand, and Taiwan
