LOWTOP, HP SUPERCELL

Cross Section Paths

The center storm (cross section #1) punches up just above 28,000 feet. It has an impressive, supercell structure, though. The storm is tilted, has a nice forward anvil, and a small penetrating top.

New convection (cross section #2) formed in a band arcing southeastward from the center storm, and this new convection has very similar characteristics.
