The crane maneuvers the antenna towards the pedestal. The antenna is almost in position. The antenna is secured into position on the base. The dome is lowered into its final position. The Original NEXRAD radar can be seen in the background.
One of the construction workers surveys the progress from his position atop a  lift. The radar dome on the grass in the foreground will be raised and positioned by the cranes. A worker on an articulated 'scissor' lift makes a final inspection of the dome before it is raised into position. The original Doppler research antenna appears to oversee the progress of the new phased array dome installation.
